Penelope, author of the blog Brazen Careerist and I talked about career advice for people over 40, career advice for the unemployed, how to maintain personal boundaries while blogging about incredibly personal subjects, what Twitter is good for, why it's a bad idea to use the words "oral sex" in a headline (but it's ok in a blog post), and more.

This isn't the most interesting video ever made. Penelope wasn't in Second Life at all for the interview, and I wasn't in-world most of the time because I kept crashing. Also, as with all our videos, it's unedited, so it starts with a few minutes of silence and idle chit-chat. You might want to skip watching the video and just wait to listen to the audio-podcast, which will be up later this week. I'm just sayin'.
