Listen to the conversation as Aliza Sherman (SL: Cybergrrl Oh) talks with host Mitch Wagner. Aliza is a tireless networker and social media marketer, who moved with her family a couple of months ago to the tiny, remote village of Tok, Alaska, where temperatures recently plunged under 50 below zero.

Aliza consults with companies on using social media and Second Life for business. This year, she co-founded Conversify, a social media consultancy. In the 90s, she founded the Internet company Cybergrrl, and Webgrrls International, an organization for professional women on the Web that grew to more than 100 chapters worldwide in its first year. She was named by Newsweek as one of the Top 50 People Who Matter Most On The Internet, and this year was named by Fast Company as one of the Most Influential Women In Technology.
